Great experience
The V6 PRO is an incredible device. It’s great to stream sports, local news, entertainment, and food channels at no cost. And also all of the premium channels I can watch too. It’s been a great experience.

The content is good the remote is horrible! Not responsive at all press each key several times before it responds! Very frustrating. No troubleshooting available either. Have an arrow that showed up don’t know how to get rid of that

Unit takes a long time to boot up. Once finished, the unit works great!
I bought the V6 MAX before. I can't get the V6 PRO to work. I have 2 unopened can I return n pay the difference n get 2 Of the V6 MAX.
We are telling all our friends avout Vsee. We gave given a couple of the V6 MAX to our kids and they love it also. Best kept secret.
Only problem is the remote control is hard to use sometimes. Have to press buttons really hard and spacing is to tight

I have 500Mbps service. V6 only produces 100 Mbps connection, Ethernet port or WiFi. I tried several times to work with customer service but received no response.
